The Nintendo community is excited as the highly anticipated Super Mario RPG remake, a revered Super Nintendo classic, gears up for its fall release. Nintendo recently showcased a sneak peek of this reimagined adventure during a Nintendo Direct, leaving fans awaiting its November 17th launch on the Nintendo Switch.
Super Mario RPG Soundtrack Sneak Peek
One of the standout features of this upgraded classic is the integration of the original soundtrack with a new, rearranged composition by the legendary composer Yoko Shimomura. During the initial announcement, Nintendo told fans that they could freely toggle between the classic soundtrack and the modernized version, providing a dual auditory experience that caters to both nostalgia seekers and those seeking a fresh take on the game's music.
In a recent video upload, Nintendo demonstrated this dynamic soundtrack feature. The Kyoto-based company unveiled that players, upon completing the main storyline of Super Mario RPG, will have the pleasure of revisiting their favorite tunes through an in-game Sound Player, allowing for a nostalgic trip down memory lane or a taste of the newly reimagined melodies.
