Wave 5 Booster Course Pass Cost
As we’ve seen with waves 1 through 4, the Booster Course Pass has continually proven its worth as a must-have expansion. For just $24.99, it grants you access to an ever-growing catalog of characters and courses. Not only does it offer a trip down memory lane with returning characters and tracks, but it also has consistently served up fresh content that has kept us gripped to our controllers.
What is Included in the Wave 5 Booster Pass
What's exciting about this fifth wave? First up, we're welcoming back a trio of classic characters – Petey Piranha, Wiggler, and Kamek. It'll be a delight to see them back on the tracks and giving other classic characters like Birdo, introduced in the previous waves, a run for their coins.
But the characters aren't the only thing to get excited about. Nintendo is rolling out eight new and returning tracks for us to burn rubber on! The Feather Cup championship is revving up with a mix of classic and new.
Feather Cup
Athens Dash (Mario Kart Tour)
Daisy Cruiser (Mario Kart Double Dash)
Moonview Highway (Mario Kart Wii)
Squeaky Clean Sprint (New course which draws inspiration from – of all places – a bathroom!)
The Cherry Cup isn't being left in the dust either. Look forward to the following courses!
Cherry Cup
Los Angeles Laps (Mario Kart Tour)
Vancouver Velocity (Mario Kart Tour)
Sunset Wilds (Mario Kart Super Circuit)
Koopa Cape (Mario Kart Wii)

Any News of the Mario Kart 8 Wave 6 Pass?
What about the final wave, you ask? Well, we're just as excited as you are. The details are still under wraps, but rest assured that the sixth and final wave of the Booster Course Pass content is set to drop later in 2023. We're not sure what Nintendo has up their sleeves, but if the past waves are anything to go by, we're in for a treat.
Conclusion
So, there you have it, Mario Kart enthusiasts. Mark July 12 in your calendars and buckle up for what promises to be another thrilling addition to the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe universe. With classic characters returning and a mix of new and fan-favorite tracks, it's clear that Nintendo continues to keep the pedal to the metal when it comes to keeping this franchise fresh and exciting.
