During a regular meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, the Los Angeles City Tourism Commission presented a deck containing citywide convention sales. On the slide, there was an asterisk saying, "Includes E3 cancellations for 2024 & 2025". E3 2024 and 2025 were set for June 11th and June 3rd, receptively.
This news comes after E3 was cancelled for 2023, as well as a successful Nintendo Direct.
