The live action Zelda movie's Link casting could go in a few different directions depending on which storyline the producers decide to pursue. Will Sony tell the story of a younger, 14 - 18 year old Link or one where Link is in his adult years? Since details are limited at this time, we provided a comprehensive list of our top Link casting choices for the potential age spectrum.

5. Walker Scobell

Coming in fifth in our list is Walker Scobell. This rising star is 14 years old and would fit the young Link narrative perfectly. Don't let his age fool you; Scobell has displayed some serious acting chops throughout his career so far, starring in movies such as The Adam Project and Secret Headquarters that both launched in 2022. Scobell is also cast to play the leading role in the upcoming series, "Percy Jackson and the Olympians", playing none other than Percy Jackson.

4. Nicolas Cantu

Nicolas Cantu is no stranger to the movie and television industry. This 20-year old American actor is best known for his involvement in notable animated roles, including Dragons: Rescue Riders, Waiting for Gumball, and Skull Island. While his in-person work is limited to a handful of appearances, his acting work has been notable; making him a solid choice to headline as Link in the upcoming live-action film.

Given his notoriety and current fighting training from Dune, Chalamet would make an excellent addition to the live-action Zelda movie cast as an adult Link.
