Outright Games, in collaboration with Dr. Seuss Enterprises, has unveiled a gameplay trailer for their upcoming release, "The Grinch: Christmas Adventures." Scheduled to launch on Nintendo Switch this October, the game promises a playful experience inspired by the timeless classic, "How The Grinch Stole Christmas."
Developed by Casual Brothers, this side-scrolling platformer showcases a colorful aesthetic that echoes the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss. Players will embark on an escapade as The Grinch, accompanied by his dog Max. Their mission: to disrupt the festivities and steal all the Christmas presents, sending Who-ville into holiday chaos.

The Grinch Christmas Adventures Gameplay
"The Grinch: Christmas Adventures" offers an array of missions, inviting players to confront the very essence of Christmas - from the joyful carolling to the twinkling fairy lights around the town. Puzzles and challenges peppered throughout the game will unlock special abilities and gadgets, including snowballs capable of freezing creatures, a Santa disguise for stealthy maneuvers, a lasso candy cane, and a jumping jetpack. For swift and devious game play, players can employ a sleigh or snowboard, adding an extra layer of excitement to their Grinch-like endeavors.
The Grinch Christmas Adventures Release Date
Whether going on a solo adventure or teaming up with a friend for a two-player local co-op experience, "The Grinch: Christmas Adventures" promises an entertaining narrative that culminates in the Grinch's journey. As the story progresses, players will have the opportunity to rediscover the true spirit of Christmas, ultimately witnessing the Grinch's heart grow three sizes. "The Grinch: Christmas Adventures" is set to be released both at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 13 October 2023.
