It appears Yuzu, the Nintendo Switch Emulator, and Nintendo have reached a mutual agreement pertaining to last week's lawsuit. This agreement between the two parties means the case will not proceed to court.

Yuzu and Nintendo Agree to $2.4 Million Settlement
Yuzu and Nintendo have reached a mutual settlement, resulting in Yuzu agreeing to pay $2.4 million in damages. As part of the settlement, Yuzu is required to eliminate all copies of its emulation software and will ultimately cease Switch emulation operations entirely.
