If you haven't had the chance to get up to speed with the next installment in the Prince of Persia IP, the below trailer should do the job. Ubisoft released the official story trailer a few weeks back, which offers us a glimpse into gameplay and some stunning visual graphics.
What to Expect from Your 25 Hours with The Lost Crown
The burning question: is the 25-hour gameplay just the main storyline, or does it include a completionist's dream run?
Without going into too many details (or spoilers) from Gameinformer's original playthrough, the author had the chance to play through the first ~3 hours of the upcoming title. During this time, he experienced several notable parts of the storyline, along with varying elements of platforming, puzzle-solving, and combat in a Metroidvania-style layout.
Gameplay Experience and Setting
The storyline revolves around Sargon, a warrior of The Immortals, who's on a mission to rescue Prince Ghassan. Throughout the story, you'll explore the mystical Mount Qaf, use time-manipulation powers that are a cornerstone of the Prince of Persia series, and engage in combat reminiscent of fighting games.
