The Indigo Disk Trailer

The following trailer was made available earlier today by The Pokémon Company

The Indigo Disk Trailer Highlights

If you're looking for a quick summary of the trailer, we've got you covered. Below are some of the quick takeaways:

  • All starter Pokémon from previous games will show up 'in spades', so there's a good chance you'll be able to catch most - or all - of your favorites. The trailer gives us a glimpse of fan-favorites, including Torchic, Piplup, Froakie, Turtwig, Chikorita, Charmander, Squirtle, Chimchar, Mudkip, and others. Pikachu and Eevee are noticeably missing from the trailer, despite their appearances as starter Pokémon in Pokemon Yellow and Pokemon Let's Go!.

  • A new move, Psychic Noise, prevents the target from healing.

  • Raging Bolt is an Electric / Dragon-type Pokémon that has Thunderclap as a priority move.

  • Iron Crown is a Steel / Psychic-type Pokémon that has Tachyon Cutter as a priority move. Tachyon Cutter hits twice in a row.

  • New Tera Type teased that looks to combine all other Pokémon types.
