To enhance the experience, Niantic has announced several event features, including an increase in the Remote Raid Pass limit to 10 for the day, starting from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local time. Trainers will also have the opportunity to obtain up to five additional Raid Passes daily by spinning Gym Photo Discs during the event period.
One of the most anticipated aspects of this event is the increased probability of encountering the elusive Shiny Garchomp in Mega Raids, adding an extra layer of thrill for dedicated players seeking rare variations.
Exclusive Ticket Offer
For those seeking additional bonuses, an event-exclusive ticket will be available for purchase at $5. This ticket grants access to significant perks during the event, effective from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time. Ticket holders can benefit from eight extra Raid Passes obtained by spinning Gym Photo Discs, making a daily total of 14. Furthermore, increased odds of acquiring Rare Candy XL, along with a 50% boost in XP and double Stardust from Raid Battles, will significantly enrich the gameplay experience. Notably, trainers can now purchase and gift tickets to friends they've achieved a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with.
Special Offerings
In preparation for the event, the Pokémon GO Web Store will be offering a Raid Bundle at $4.99, comprising three Remote Raid Passes and two Premium Raid Passes. This online platform periodically features special discounts and event boxes, so dedicated trainers are encouraged to check regularly for surprises and deals.
Additionally, during the event, a Raid Bundle will be accessible within the in-game shop for 595 PokéCoins. This bundle echoes the contents of the Web Store's offering, featuring three Remote Raid Passes and two Premium Raid Passes, providing trainers with options for acquiring raid resources.
