Pokémon's Macy's Day Parade History
Pikachu first graced the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2001. Eevee joined the parade more recently, making its inaugural appearance in 2019. Since their respective debuts, both Pokémon have become recurring fixtures in the annual event, soaring above the Manhattan skyline in their larger-than-life balloon forms.
Mark your calendars for the spectacle set to take place on November 23rd, scheduled from 9 am to 12 pm. The event will be broadcasted nationwide, allowing enthusiasts to witness the beloved Pokémon balloon's flight on both NBC and Peacock streaming platforms.
